Vinification: after 24 hours of cold maceration the mass was gently pressed. Afterwards the must went to the stainless steel containers. The fermentation began at a controlled temperature.

About wine: Onion-orange wine with reddish hues. The pleasant bouquet is reminiscent of a flowering hawthorn bush and acacia, and among the fruity perceptions, peaches, apricots, ripe bananas, lychees, grapefruit, and pineapple predominate. In the mouth it turns out with the harmony of alcohol and acid, with a rich body and minerality, which is joined in a long aftertaste by pleasant spicy and herbal notes
Pairing suggestions: The Erzetič Pinot Gris is an exceptional aperitif wine that goes well with sandwiches with cheese spreads and pâtés, cured meat delicacies, pasta with seafood, summer salads with tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers and salted cheese, scallops, grilled mushrooms, veal or rabbit stews, grilled blue fish, fatty freshwater fish in the oven, chicken, and other white meat in spicy sauces. The ideal serving temperature is 8-12°C.
